ZNF224

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF224 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,000 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF224-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPUL1, IRGQ, and TRIM28. Each is linked with ZNF224 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF224-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF224 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF224 versus HNRNPUL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF224→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF224) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
