Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF224 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,576 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF224-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, mRNA splice site recognition, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZNF224 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF224-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF224 results are reported.
