ZNF211

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF211 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,120 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF211-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAP1, PPP1R12C, and ZSCAN18. Each is linked with ZNF211 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF211-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF211 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF211 versus TRAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF211→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF211) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
