ZNF195

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF195 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF195-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, JOSD1, and MYH9. Each is linked with ZNF195 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF195-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF195 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK1 grouped by ZNF195-low versus ZNF195-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF195→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF195) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
