ZNF19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, TFRC, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ZNF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF19-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ZNF19-low versus ZNF19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
