Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF182 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF182-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, p53, and ASNS. Each is linked with ZNF182 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF182-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF182 results are reported.
