Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF182 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF182 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF182 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF182 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and GBM show a favorable association.

BLCA, LIHC, and UVM are the cancer types where ZNF182 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
