Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF182 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,544 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF182-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering, DNA biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ZNF182 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF182-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF182 results are reported.
