Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF180 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF180 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ZNF180 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF180 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.

KIRP, LUAD, and READ are the cancer types where ZNF180 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
