ZNF180

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF180 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,656 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF180-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, IRF2BP1, and PAF1. Each is linked with ZNF180 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF180-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF180 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF180 versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF180→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
