Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF180 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,592 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF180-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6757, JAK3, and TMIGD3. Each is linked with ZNF180 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF180-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF180 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF180 versus MIR6757 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF180→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
