Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF180 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,529 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF180-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome segregation, Chromosome segregation, and Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with ZNF180 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF180-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF180 results are reported.
