ZNF169

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF169 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,969 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF169-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, STRBP, and PHC3. Each is linked with ZNF169 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF169-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF169 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF169 versus FUBP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF169→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
