ZNF169

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF169 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF169-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and CDK1. Each is linked with ZNF169 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF169-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF169 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ZNF169-low versus ZNF169-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF169→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
