Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF165 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,624 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF165-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion, and Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation. Each is linked with ZNF165 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF165-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF165 results are reported.
