Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF165 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF165 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF165 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF165 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.
BLCA, HNSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ZNF165 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
