Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF143 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF143-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, RNA5SP340, and SNRPGP19. Each is linked with ZNF143 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF143-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF143 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by ZNF143-low versus ZNF143-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF143→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF143) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
