ZNF142

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF142 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,212 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF142-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC6, ALMS1, and BCL9. Each is linked with ZNF142 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF142-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF142 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF142 versus BIRC6 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF142→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF142) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
