Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF142 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,397 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF142-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, PARP1, and TMPO. Each is linked with ZNF142 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF142-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF142 results are reported.
