Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF142 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,114 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF142-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, RPA1, and C17orf80. Each is linked with ZNF142 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF142-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF142 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF142 versus NUP85 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
