The most reproducible ZNF142-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ZNF142 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF142-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF142 results are reported.
