Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF142 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,372 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF142-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, BHLHE23, and JOSD1. Each is linked with ZNF142 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF142-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF142 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by ZNF142-low versus ZNF142-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF142→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF142) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
