ZNF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,953 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIM1, BRD4, and GATAD2A. Each is linked with ZNF14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF14-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF14 versus STIM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
