Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, TMPOP2, and SLC2A6. Each is linked with ZNF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF14-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF14 versus RNASEH2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
