Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL578P, RNA5SP420, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with ZNF14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF14-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL578P grouped by ZNF14-low versus ZNF14-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
