Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,937 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with ZNF14 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF14-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile grouped by ZNF14-low versus ZNF14-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
