Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF14 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Niraparib, 123829, and KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12. Each is linked with ZNF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF14-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF14 results are reported.
