ZNF138

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF138 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF138-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, EIF4H, and SRPK2. Each is linked with ZNF138 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF138-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF138 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF138→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF138) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
