The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF136 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF136 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, THCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZNF136 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
