ZNF135

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF135 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,761 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF135-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ZNF135 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF135-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF135 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by ZNF135-low versus ZNF135-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF135→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
