Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF133 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF133-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP, SYNGR1, and RN7SKP178. Each is linked with ZNF133 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF133-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF133 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP grouped by ZNF133-low versus ZNF133-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF133→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF133) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
