Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF133 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF133 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF133 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF133 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and READ show a favorable association.
LIHC, KIRC, and COAD are the cancer types where ZNF133 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
