The most reproducible ZNF133-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with ZNF133 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF133-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF133 results are reported.
