Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF133 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF133-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXR1, SCGB1C1, and IFNA14. Each is linked with ZNF133 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF133-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF133 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXR1 grouped by ZNF133-low versus ZNF133-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF133→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF133) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
