Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF132 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 253 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF132-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1, HMGXB4, and RPL3. Each is linked with ZNF132 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF132-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF132 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA1 grouped by ZNF132-low versus ZNF132-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF132→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF132) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
