ZNF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,114 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLIP, HHIPL2, and OSR1. Each is linked with ZNF12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF12-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF12 versus MLIP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
