ZNF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF12 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,375 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are COG7, CYFIP1, and POLR1A. Each is linked with ZNF12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF12-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COG7 grouped by ZNF12-low versus ZNF12-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
