Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF117 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,726 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF117-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP5PB, GORAB, and COL8A1. Each is linked with ZNF117 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF117-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF117 results are reported.
