ZNF112

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF112 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF112-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, PAFAH1B3, and PLCG2. Each is linked with ZNF112 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF112-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF112 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF112 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF112→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
