Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF112 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,896 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF112-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with ZNF112 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF112-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF112 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by ZNF112-low versus ZNF112-high in STOMACH.
