Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF106 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF106-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC4, MTBP, and USP39. Each is linked with ZNF106 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF106-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF106 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF106 versus RFC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF106→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF106) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
