ZNF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RITA1, ZNF232-AS1, and MYL12BP1. Each is linked with ZNF10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF10-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RITA1 grouped by ZNF10-low versus ZNF10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
