Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZMYND19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZMYND19 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ZMYND19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZMYND19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZMYND19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
