Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZMYND19 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 17 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ZMYND19’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where ZMYND19 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ZMYND19 is over-expressed in tumor.

COAD, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZMYND19 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
