Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYND19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,909 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPOUT1, PRRC2B, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with ZMYND19 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND19-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND19 results are reported.
