Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMYND19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CTP salvage, RNA export from nucleus, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with ZMYND19 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND19-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND19 results are reported.
