ZMYND15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYND15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,312 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, AIF1, and ALOX5. Each is linked with ZMYND15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND15-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND15 versus DOCK10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYND15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYND15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
