Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZMYM6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZMYM6 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZMYM6 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZMYM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZMYM6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
