Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMYM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 384 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMYM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, GUCA2A, and GYPB. Each is linked with ZMYM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by ZMYM4-low versus ZMYM4-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
