ZMYM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,514 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, ZBTB12, and CTPS2. Each is linked with ZMYM3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYM3 versus RFC5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
